Neighbors Helping Neighbors: The Tioga County Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a collaborative of organizations with a unified goal of providing needed administrative, education and consultative support to every community in Tioga County that wishes to create and/or sustain a volunteer-based neighbors helping neighbors program. Current member organizations include Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County (see the Youth section on this page for additional details), the Community Care Network of Nichols, Northern Tioga Neighbors Network, Rural Health Network of South Central New York (additional details below), Senior Information and Referral Services, and Tioga County Rural Economic Area Partnership (see the Community Service section on this page for additional details).
